Manus Handyman provides professional handyman and home repair services in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, including but not limited to: drywall repair, painting, carpentry, plumbing (minor), electrical (minor), flooring, and general home maintenance. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic coverage.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our website
  • We will confirm your appointment via phone, email, and/or SMS
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

3. SMS Text Message Terms

SMS Program: By providing your mobile phone number and giving verbal or written consent at the time of booking, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Manus Handyman (Koresystems AI LLC) at the number provided.

Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Job status updates and technician arrival notifications
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • Review requests following completed work

Message Frequency: Varies based on your service interactions.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

  • A trip fee may apply for service calls where no work is performed

5. Warranty & Liability

We stand behind our work with a 30-day workmanship warranty on all completed services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, pre-existing conditions, or events beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manus Handyman (Koresystems AI LLC) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the work needed
  • Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work area
  • Secure or remove pets and valuables from work areas
  • Be present or designate a responsible adult during service
